This is sad for me, but there’s nothing wrong with moving! My parents moved houses every 2-3 years through my whole life. My dad’s job was unpredictable and we had to move around for that. Now that I’m 25, I want to have a forever home of my own, but I know that if I will need to move that it will be perfectly fine. And life is too short to be miserable in a place you can’t be completely comfortable at.

Why would you repaint? Renting or selling makes no sense to repaint people will buy or rent regardless. Clean it out and call it a day

I am so confused. You guys haven't posted an update on what's going on. Did you finish paying your house and will rent it to move to another state? If you haven't finished paying it couldn't the renter claim ownership since they will be paying for it?

Rookie mistake! When I knew I was going to move, months before I started going through every room, every drawer , every shirt to see if I wanted to take it with me to the next place. If I didn’t . I made a throw away / donate pile. I got my items down to fit into a sedan. When I realized I wanted new furniture. I shopped and didn’t purchase until I had my keys . For everything except my new mattress! I scheduled it to be delivered the day I got my keys . Everything else arrived one week later. I threw away and drove to goodwill while still at my old place. This made me moving in 3 hours time. ❤
